We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags when applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the item received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.
We do not charge a restocking fee.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please provide your order number and, when applicable, photographs or other information that can help us evaluate the issue.
Once the issue has been reviewed, we will provide the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return instructions.
When a return is required because an item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, Angel on Paws will provide appropriate return instructions and cover return shipping when applicable.

Orders may enter processing shortly after they are placed.

Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
